About Curvestone AICurvestone AI is building the AI workflow layer for complex, high-stakes processes — replacing manual, siloed roles in regulated industries with AI workers that deliver the speed, accuracy, and auditability that humans alone cannot scale.
We partner with compliance officers, financial services and insurance innovators and legal ops leaders who rely on us as critical infrastructure. For them, we are not a “nice-to-have” experiment. We are business-critical.
We are a high-growth company headquartered in Holborn, London, backed by a £3m seed round in December last year. Our team brings together deep expertise in AI, automation, and enterprise transformation, united by a mission to reinvent how regulated industries work. We are now scaling our go-to-market organisation and expanding into new regulated verticals.
This is an opportunity to help build category-defining technology, see your work adopted by leading organisations in finance, insurance and compliance, and join Curvestone at a formative stage of our growth.

The OpportunityThis is a foundational Head of Sales role at a critical stage of Curvestone’s growth.
Curvestone has an established sales foundation, including a proven initial market, an active pipeline, and a founder-led sales motion.
The Head of Sales will be responsible for scaling and professionalising this existing sales approach, helping to build a repeatable and predictable revenue engine as the company grows.
Working closely with the CEO, you will take increasing ownership of sales execution, team leadership, and process, while supporting expansion into adjacent workflow areas. The focus of the role is on strengthening consistency, structure, and performance across the sales function.
This is not a greenfield role. It is a scaling role, suited to someone who has experience taking an early sales motion and developing it into a sustainable, high-performing organisation.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
What You’ll Do Scale and lead the sales function- Take ownership of Curvestone’s existing sales motion and evolve it into a repeatable, predictable revenue engine.
- Refine ICP definition, qualification criteria, pricing approach, and deal structure as the business scales.
- Ensure sales execution is consistent, disciplined, and aligned with company objectives.
- Lead and support complex B2B sales cycles with senior stakeholders across regulated industries.
- Partner closely with the CEO on key opportunities, with a gradual transition of day-to-day execution ownership.
- Manage longer sales cycles involving procurement, security reviews, and multiple stakeholders.
- Manage and coach existing sales team members.
- Hire additional sales roles over time as volume and focus justify it.
- Set clear expectations, targets, and development plans to support high performance.
- Own pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting.
- Maintain strong CRM hygiene and ensure data quality.
- Introduce processes and structure where they improve visibility and execution.
- Work closely with the CEO, Marketing and Product to support expansion into new workflow areas.
- Help shape early customer engagements so they can be translated into repeatable, scalable sales motions.
- Feed structured market and customer insights back into Product and leadership.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
About You- Proven experience leading or scaling a B2B sales function in a SaaS or technology-led business, ideally selling into regulated industries such as financial services, legal, insurance, or compliance.
- Track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals across mid-market and enterprise accounts — comfortable navigating procurement, legal review, and security sign-off without losing momentum.
- You've inherited a sales motion and made it meaningfully better, more structured, more predictable, higher-converting.
- Credible and confident engaging with senior buyers: compliance officers, legal ops leaders, CFOs, or risk functions who expect rigour, not a pitch.
- Strong discovery and qualification instincts, able to quickly assess fit, qualify out where needed, and focus team effort on the right opportunities.
- Structured and analytical: comfortable owning forecasts, pipeline health, and CRM discipline without needing to be pushed.
- Commercially accountable. You own the number, not just the activity, and you treat the pipeline like it's your own business.
- Still an active closer. You lead from the front and bring the team with you.
- Demonstrated experience working cross-functionally, whether that's working closely with the CEO on go-to-market direction, feeding market insights into Product, or aligning with Marketing on pipeline and messaging.
- You've operated without a full stack of SDRs, RevOps support, or mature tooling, and you've figured it out anyway. Priorities shift; you move. You're a natural problem solver who iterates quickly and doesn't wait for perfect conditions.
