About the role

We build for regulated enterprises where a capability is only real once the board, the CISO and the auditor have signed it off. As a Product Manager you own a core area of the platform end-to-end: the problem, the roadmap, the trade-offs, and the evidence that what we shipped actually got used. You will work close to customers and close to engineering, and you will be measured on adoption and outcomes rather than on output.

This is a Senior role on our Product team, London · Hybrid.

What you'll do

• Own the roadmap for a core area of the platform, and the case for why each thing on it is next.
• Turn customer and forward-deployed engagement insight into clear, prioritised, well-specified work.
• Write acceptance criteria engineers and QA can build and verify against.
• Make the hard trade-offs between scope, speed and governance, and explain them to the people they affect.
• Partner with design and engineering day to day, from discovery through release.
• Define the success measures up front and report honestly on whether they were met.
• Support revenue and marketing with the substance behind launches: positioning grounded in what actually shipped.

What we're looking for

• Proven product management on a technical B2B or enterprise SaaS product, owning an area end-to-end.
• Comfort going deep with engineers on architecture, APIs and constraints without needing everything translated.
• Strong written communication: crisp specs, clear acceptance criteria, honest status.
• Evidence of shipping into regulated or security-conscious environments, where compliance shapes the design.
• Customer instinct and the willingness to sit with users until the workflow is genuinely in production.
• Nice to have: experience with AI, LLM or agentic products, and with evaluation and governance tooling.
