About the role

Our product spans multiple platforms and surfaces, and it ships at serious pace: AI-assisted development is core to how we build, which means interfaces come to life quickly, and a consistent, considered experience is what separates enterprise-grade from thrown-together. You will own that experience end-to-end. Just as our engineers hold the quality gate for code, you hold it for design. And because agentic, AI-native experiences have few established conventions, you will have real room to define interaction patterns the rest of the industry has not settled yet.

This is a Senior role on our Product team, London · Hybrid.

What you'll do

• Bring consistency to every surface, a coherent visual and interaction language across all of our platforms and products.
• Build out the design system: components, design tokens, patterns and documentation as a single source of truth.
• Hold the design quality gate, reviewing implemented work with the rigour engineers apply to code review.
• Own accessibility: embed WCAG standards into the design system, design for them from the start, and verify what ships.
• Design end-to-end, from discovery, user flows and wireframes through to polished high-fidelity UI.
• Prototype and define interaction patterns for AI-native and agentic experiences where few conventions exist.
• Pair with engineers during build, and turn customer feedback into a continually improving product.

What we're looking for

• Proven UX/UI craft on shipped products, with a portfolio spanning complex, data-rich web applications, ideally enterprise or B2B SaaS.
• Real design system experience: components, tokens, documentation, governance, and driving adoption across a team.
• Accessibility depth, working knowledge of WCAG 2.1/2.2 AA, and the ability to design for it, audit against it, and teach it.
• A reviewer's mindset: comfortable holding the standard and giving engineers clear, actionable feedback without slowing delivery.
• Expert fluency in Figma or equivalent, and comfort working hand-in-hand with component-based front-end development.
• Nice to have: design experience with AI or LLM-powered products, front-end literacy, or broader brand and motion range.
