Role

Who you are

  • You have 3-5 years professional experience in high-intensity environments. Ideally, at least 2 years in management consulting, investment banking, PE/VC, or high-growth startup operations.
  • You have a track record of owning and delivering projects end-to-end.
  • You are a great communicator. You'll handle a wide materials for the company from board decks to sales materials to internal comms. You are direct and no-nonsense in your approach. You come up with new ideas and challenge the status quo.
  • You are strategic. You are able to build the company strategy with the founders but equally, you are happy to roll up your sleeves and execute the plan.

Desirable

  • Experience supporting a fundraising process (Series A or B) including data room preparation, investor deck iteration, due diligence etc
  • You know how to build financial models, manage budgets and investors
  • People operations exposure: onboarding, performance reviews, designing the recruiting process
  • B2B SaaS or enterprise sales experience
  • Previous Chief of Staff, Business Operations, or Strategy & Ops role at a Series A-C startup

What the job involves

  • This is a job with a big, exciting scope for the right person - a perfect stepping stone to a C-level role or founding your own business.
  • You will know what is really going on and keeping our leaders straight. Equally you will make sure that those being led know the leader’s / leaders’ intent. You will basically keep us honest!
  • Supporting the founders and leadership to develop, articulate and refine the company strategy.
  • Scaling the company’s culture - nurturing a strong internal culture as the business grows
  • Supporting the development of our commercial strategy and special projects.
  • You will drive organisational design, management and planning.
  • You will co-own investor relations, preparing and coordinating planning ahead of future fundraising
  • Assisting in core administration, including management of outsourced support (finance, insurance, hiring)
  • You'll cover core people functions, including onboarding and interview process
