Junior Marketing Associate

London (Hybrid)

Fulfilment.com is building the technology layer powering the global 3PL and eCommerce fulfilment industry.

We are hiring a Junior Marketing Associate to work directly with the Founder and senior team. This is a hands on growth role for someone early in their career who wants real responsibility and steep progression inside a scaling marketplace business.

You will operate as an extension of the Founder across performance marketing, creative development and optimisation. We are looking for someone who can blend analytical thinking with creative instinct. Someone who enjoys both numbers and messaging.

What you will work on

You will contribute across the core growth engine:

Paid performance

  • Supporting Google and Meta campaigns
  • Analysing performance data and identifying optimisation opportunities
  • Turning insights into new ad angles and creative tests

Creative and ad development

  • Writing ad copy
  • Developing new messaging concepts
  • Working with design to launch and iterate creative

SEO and content

  • Supporting organic search strategy
  • Identifying keyword opportunities
  • Helping create structured, high quality content that ranks

Email marketing

  • Supporting campaign builds and sequences
  • Improving open and conversion rates
  • Testing messaging and positioning

Conversion optimisation

  • Improving landing pages and messaging
  • Identifying funnel drop offs
  • Supporting structured testing

You will not just analyse campaigns. You will help shape the creative direction and growth strategy behind them.

Tools and experience

We do not expect deep expertise, but familiarity with some of the following would be valuable:

  • Google Ads
  • Meta Ads Manager
  • Google Analytics
  • Google Search Console
  • Basic SEO principles and keyword research
  • Email platforms such as Mailchimp or similar
  • Excel or Google Sheets
  • WordPress, Webflow or similar landing page tools
  • Canva or Figma for light creative work
  • Understanding of metrics such as CPC, CPA, open rate and conversion rate

More important than tool experience is your ability to think commercially and learn quickly.

Who this is for

This role will suit someone who:

  • Is early in their marketing career but hungry for responsibility
  • Enjoys both creative thinking and data analysis
  • Writes clearly and persuasively
  • Is commercially curious and ambitious
  • Wants to build capability rather than manage agencies

We care far more about attitude, work ethic and potential than years of experience.

What you will gain
  • Direct exposure to founder level decision making
  • Real ownership early in your career
  • Experience across paid media, SEO, email and optimisation
  • A clear progression path into channel ownership
