Head of Outbound Growth
Location: London (Hybrid)
We are building an in house outbound growth engine to complement our paid acquisition and drive high quality pipeline at scale.
This is not an SDR role. This is not a pure copywriting role.
This is a technical growth role for someone who can design, build and optimise a complete outbound system end to end.
You will own strategy, tooling, automation, deliverability and performance.
The RoleYou will build and run our outbound acquisition engine from first principles.
That includes:
• Defining and segmenting ICP audiences
• Designing outbound playbooks and messaging angles
• Building sending infrastructure and managing deliverability
• Setting up automated enrichment and workflow systems
• Creating personalised multi touch sequences
• Running structured testing and continuous optimisation
• Tracking performance through to qualified conversations and pipeline
• Integrating outbound leads into our CRM and internal workflows
You will work closely with Sales, RevOps and Marketing to ensure outbound performance is measured against real commercial outcomes, not vanity metrics.
Tool & Technical Experience RequiredYou must have hands on experience building and managing outbound systems using most of the following tools or direct equivalents.

• Inbox rotation and domain management
• Email warm up tools and deliverability monitoring platforms
You must understand inbox reputation, domain health, sending limits, warm up strategy and spam mitigation.

• Lusha
• Clearbit
• LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• Ecommerce enrichment tools such as Storeleads or similar
You should be able to build signal based lists rather than generic scraped databases.
Automation & Workflow Engines• n8n
• Make
• Zapier
• Webhooks and API based integrations
You must be comfortable building multi step workflows that enrich, qualify and route leads automatically.
CRM & Pipeline Integration• HubSpot
• Salesforce
• Monday CRM
• Pipedrive
You should understand lifecycle stages, lead routing, scoring and attribution.
Analytics & Performance Tracking• Google Sheets modelling
• Dashboard tools such as Looker Studio or equivalent
• Strong understanding of outbound funnel metrics
You should be able to measure cost per qualified conversation and pipeline contribution.

• 4 plus years experience in B2B outbound or growth
• Built outbound systems yourself rather than simply managing SDR teams
• Strong understanding of deliverability and infrastructure
• High technical confidence with workflow tools and integrations
• Strong commercial awareness and analytical ability
