Ecommerce brands use our platform to find and switch to better 3PL fulfilment partners. Fulfilment providers use our platform to acquire high quality customers and grow faster.
The fulfilment industry is worth trillions globally, yet the process of finding the right logistics partner is still slow, fragmented and opaque. We are fixing that.
Our platform already connects thousands of ecommerce brands with fulfilment providers and we are scaling rapidly with venture backing and a fast growing team.
We are now hiring a Head of Growth Marketing to build and lead the demand engine that powers our platform.
This role is responsible for sourcing high quality ecommerce brands that need a new fulfilment partner and ensuring our sales team always has a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities.
You will work directly with the CEO and help scale the growth engine of the business.
This is a hands on leadership role. You will own strategy, manage budgets and build the marketing team over time.
What you will do
Own the lead generation engine for Fulfilment.com and ensure the business consistently attracts qualified ecommerce brands looking for fulfilment partners.
Your responsibilities will include
• Managing paid acquisition channels including Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and emerging platforms
• Owning and scaling our performance marketing strategy and budgets
• Developing and executing our SEO and organic growth strategy with the development team
• Building partnerships that generate high quality ecommerce brand leads
• Expanding our presence across social channels and ecommerce communities
• Improving conversion rates across landing pages and the platform funnel
• Analysing marketing performance and attribution to optimise spend
• Running experiments across channels to identify scalable acquisition strategies
• Hiring and managing marketing specialists as the company grows
• Working closely with the sales team to maximise revenue from inbound demand
What we are looking for
We are looking for someone who combines strong analytical thinking with creativity and speed of execution.
This role suits someone who has helped scale growth at a startup or high growth company and now wants to take ownership of a major revenue driver.
You will likely have
• Five to nine years experience in growth marketing, performance marketing or demand generation
• Experience managing significant paid acquisition budgets
• A strong analytical mindset and comfort working with data
• Experience building growth systems across multiple acquisition channels
• Experience working in a startup or high growth company
• Experience managing and mentoring marketing team members
Most importantly you should be
