The fulfilment industry is worth trillions globally, yet the process of finding the right logistics partner is still slow, fragmented and opaque. We are fixing that.
Our platform already connects thousands of ecommerce brands with fulfilment providers and we are scaling rapidly with venture backing and a fast growing team.
We are now hiring a Performance Marketing Lead to manage and optimise our paid acquisition engine.
This role will be responsible for managing significant paid media budgets and driving qualified ecommerce brands to the platform. You will work closely with the Head of Growth Marketing and leadership team to scale our demand generation engine.
This is a hands on role for someone who enjoys analysing performance data, running experiments and improving marketing efficiency.
What you will do
Own the performance and optimisation of our paid acquisition channels.
Responsibilities include
• Managing and optimising paid acquisition across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and TikTok
• Allocating and optimising significant monthly marketing budgets
• Designing and running structured growth experiments across channels
• Analysing campaign performance and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency
• Working closely with design and content teams to test new creative concepts
• Improving conversion rates across landing pages and the marketing funnel
• Building dashboards and reporting that track performance and ROI
• Identifying new acquisition channels and testing scalable growth opportunities
• Collaborating closely with the sales team to understand lead quality and revenue outcomes
What we are looking for
We are looking for someone who combines strong analytical thinking with curiosity and a bias towards experimentation.
You should enjoy working with data, testing new ideas and improving performance over time.
You will likely have
• Four to seven years experience in performance marketing or growth marketing
• Experience managing large paid acquisition budgets
• Strong experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads
• Experience running campaigns on LinkedIn and TikTok
• A strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data
• Experience improving conversion rates across landing pages and funnels
• Experience working in a startup or high growth environment
