Client Care Associates
Hello Vet
Job Description:
Our Client Care Associates (CCAs) bring our mission to life through exceptional client support, hospitality and front-of-house care. CCAs collaborate with the veterinary team to keep clients updated and informed digitally. Our CCAs are the friendly face of Hello Vet.
Hello Vet is built upon a simple principle; We believe that if we create the best place for our team to work, we’ll also create the best place for pets to receive care. We know the best care is delivered by happy, well-supported teams who are able to build personal, collaborative relationships with their clients. That’s why we allow clients to message our team any time, and even support their pets during procedures. We aim to restore the personal bonds that should underpin a client's relationship with their vet practice.
Our clinics are purpose-built to facilitate best-in-class care, catering for the needs of the veterinary team just as much as pets and owners. With a deep commitment to our people and technology-forward approach, we’re building the next generation of general practice veterinary care.
