Help shape the future of high-performance cooling technology
Are you excited by solving complex thermal challenges where performance, reliability and innovation genuinely matter?

We’re looking for a Thermo-Fluids / Thermal Engineer to join a growing engineering team developing next-generation liquid cooling solutions across a diverse portfolio of high-performance technologies.

Our technology supports applications operating in demanding real-world conditions.

You'll play a key role in designing and optimising thermal solutions that enable mission-critical technologies to operate reliably in environments where performance cannot fail.

Working within a highly collaborative engineering team, you’ll contribute across the full product lifecycle — from concept development and simulation through testing, validation and deployment.

The opportunityAs Thermal Engineer, you’ll help shape innovative cooling technologies by:

  • Designing advanced liquid and air-cooling solutions for high heat-flux applications
  • Developing thermal architectures including cold plates, heat exchangers, flow distribution systems and enclosures
  • Supporting products ranging from high-performance computing infrastructure to ruggedised edge and power applications
  • Performing CFD and thermal-flow analysis to drive engineering decisions
  • Running simulations, validating models and refining performance using experimental data
  • Identifying thermal bottlenecks and optimising designs for efficiency, reliability and manufacturability
  • Supporting thermal and hydraulic testing activities
  • Working closely with Mechanical, Electrical, Systems and Manufacturing teams
  • Contributing to technical reviews, innovation initiatives and future product development
About youYou’ll likely bring:

  • Degree qualified in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline
  • Strong grounding in thermodynamics, fluid mechanics and heat transfer
  • Strong CFD experience using tools such as ANSYS Fluent, STAR-CCM+ or similar
  • Familiarity with CAD packages such as SolidWorks
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • A practical mindset with the ability to balance simulation with real-world engineering constraints
Why join? This is an opportunity to work on engineering challenges that sit at the forefront of thermal innovation.

You'll gain exposure to:

✔ Advanced liquid cooling technologies
✔ High-density computing and critical infrastructure applications
✔ Innovative power and server technologies
✔ Global projects and customer interaction
✔ A highly collaborative engineering environment where ideas influence products

If you’re passionate about solving complex thermal problems and want to develop technologies that power the next generation of critical systems, we'd love to hear from you.
