Role Overview:
You will stand up and operationalise US sites. You are responsible for franchise standards, performance metrics and MasonOS integration across US factories.
Key Responsibilities:
Launch and stabilise new US sites
Enforce operational standards and KPIs
Drive MasonOS adoption and performance tracking
Improve throughput, quality and OTD
Build local leadership capability
Coordinate with UK HQ on strategy and reporting
Required Skills:
Experience in industrial operations or manufacturing leadership
Strong process and performance management mindset
Ability to lead teams on the ground
