Job Title: Placement Student (Engineering / Software)

Role Overview:
Support MasonOS and factory engineering projects while building long-term internal talent.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist engineering or software teams
Support data analysis and process optimisation
Contribute to live production work
Document processes and improvements
Required Skills:
Studying engineering, computer science or related field
Strong problem-solving and adaptability
High initiative, ownership mindset, and entrepreneurial spirit
Keen interest in manufacturing/ hands-on engineering
Basic understanding of software development
Prior Experience:
Leadership Role in a University engineering team
Previous part-time experience in non-engineering based role
