Job Title: Graduate Engineer
Location: London, Dallas or Hamburg
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £50,000 p/a

Role Overview:
Support MasonOS, factory engineering projects and support design for manufacture
Key Responsibilities:
Assist engineering or software teams
Support data analysis and process optimisation
Contribute to live production work
Document processes and improvements
Design input for manufacturability
Required Skills:
Studying engineering, physics, materials, computer science or related field
Strong problem-solving and adaptability
High initiative, ownership mindset, and entrepreneurial spirit
Keen interest in manufacturing/ hands-on engineering
Basic understanding of coding/data science
Prior Experience:
Leadership Role in a University engineering team or personal project
Previous part-time experience in non-engineering based role
