Role Overview:
You will lead Isembard Ukraine — building resilient, high-performance manufacturing capacity in a strategically critical environment. This role requires operational discipline, adaptability and strong leadership under dynamic conditions.
You are responsible for revenue, execution and compliance while integrating Ukrainian sites into the global MasonOS network.
Key Responsibilities:
Launch Isembard’s first Ukrainian factory
Build and lead a high-trust local team with support from Isembard globally
Build relationships with defence and industrial customers
Identify and convert high-quality franchisees
Maintain strict quality and security standards
Ensure operational continuity and resilience
Deploy MasonOS and enforce reporting discipline
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Leadership experience in an operationally intensive environment (business or wider)
Comfort operating in complex or high-risk environments
Strong operational and logistical capability
Fluency in Ukrainian and English
High integrity and mission-driven mindset
