Meet Jack & Jill
We are not putting a thin AI layer on broken processes. We are rebuilding from first principles with two dedicated agents who work for their users:
Jack, for candidates: An always-on career co-pilot. Jack starts with a deep conversation to understand who you are and what you really want. He provides market insights, coaching, and companionship.
Jill, for companies: A true AI talent partner. Jill goes far beyond a job description to deeply understand your company, your culture, and the real context behind a role. She sources candidates, reviews inbound applicants, conducts first-pass screening calls, and acts as a strategic thought partner.
Jack & Jill will not just disrupt the existing recruitment software market, but also the 10x bigger recruitment services market.
We're moving at breakneck speed
We have already released two remarkable products, have 400,000+ candidates using Jack, 2000+ paying customers signed up to Jill and built a spectacular early team. The technology is ready and 10x better than the status quo – we need to build and execute at a relentless speed to build on this early momentum and bring it to the world as fast as we can.

Who are we looking for?
We're looking for a senior Designer to own visual direction and brand craft, designing landing pages, campaign imagery, paid creative and web experiences. Define typography, layouts, imagery, motion graphics, and scalable visual systems.
Our growth team runs a lot of campaigns across paid social, LinkedIn and Out Of Home. Collaborate with the team on launches and positioning, maintain consistency, and push the quality and creativity of marketing.
You'll be a great fit if:
🎨 You have taste
You can show us what good looks like, and you'll tell us when something isn't. The AI floor keeps rising, so the work needs to be distinctly better than what everyone else is shipping.
✏️ You want to make the work
You might have led teams at an agency or studio, but now you'd rather be an “IC” and build a new category. You're senior, and you still love the craft.
🛍️ You're rooted in consumer brands
Consumer brand experience is ideal. Careers are part of everyones life, and we want our brand to feel that way.
🎬 You work in static and motion
2D and 3D, stills and moving image - you know your way around modern tools like After Effects, Jitter or Blender (alternatives welcome)
🤖 You're curious about AI
You are open to using AI in your process to make more, faster, without dropping the taste bar. E.g., brand systems that can be used by the product and website team.
🏃 You want to move fast
We test a lot of campaigns every quarter. You'll own going from brief to live quickly, take ownership on learning what works and iterate fast. You have a blank canvas and high budget to experiment and design what human-agent relationships look like on social media.
🤝 You're a good team player
You'll work closely with a growth team from remarkable backgrounds. Everyone is senior, and is now an IC getting their hands dirty and executing.

🖌️ What you'll work on
Campaigns, end to end: Take a brief and bring it to life across paid creative, organic channels, and landing pages (opportunity to work on B2C - Jack, and B2B - Jill, flexing into both skills so it never gets boring!)
A visual language for consumer agents: Own how our agents show up across every external channel. Define a distinctive visual language for Jack and Jill—and be the first to crack what human–AI relationships should look and feel like.
The brand system: You'll be a guardian, evolve it and set the bar for taste across the company
Out of home: Bring your vision to life on billboards and OOH across the largest tech markets (San Francisco, New York and London)
Your own leverage: as we scale, you'll bring in freelancers and agencies and direct their work. Collaborate and learn from the best content strategists in the game.
(Why here, not an agency? You’ll own the brand for the long run and can point to being the first to build a sexy consumer brand in an outdated, old-school recruitment market. Personify our agents and bring them to life on social. Instead of handing your work back after six weeks, you’ll see your ideas go live with real paid investment behind them, so you can learn what works.)

💰 Total Compensation for this role is £90-150K (we let you choose your cash : equity split)
