About Us
Compliance in MedTech is complex, manual, and error-prone, but if done correctly can be a differentiator, a moat, and a strategic endeavor.
We're a startup in London transforming how MedTech companies do compliance helping teams can move faster with confidence. Backed by Meridian Health Ventures, Antler, Vento Ventures, and angels who are regulatory experts and MedTech executives (many of whom use our product).
Francesco (CEO & co-founder) spent a decade in MedTech bringing multiple lifesaving products from concept to patients, he's lived the compliance pain we're solving. Mihai (CTO & co-founder) has a PhD on decision making in multi-agent systems and led research in safe and interactive planning for self-driving.
The Role
You'll help build the commercial engine alongside the CEO. That starts with two things: pipeline and presence.
Pipeline means finding the right prospects, crafting outbound that actually gets replies, and scheduling conversations. Presence means making Klaris visible: LinkedIn, content, events, whatever channels work.
Day-to-day, you will:
Generate pipeline: research prospects, write outbound sequences, manage tools and follow-ups, land meetings.
Build presence: create content that establishes Klaris's voice (LinkedIn, thought leadership, case studies).
Extract insights: interview our regulatory advisors and AI team, translate their knowledge into compelling copy.
You'll work directly with Francesco daily, plus commercial advisors who've built GTM at scaling startups.
What We're Looking For
2-3 years in a commercial role. Outbound, content, demand gen, GTM or some mix. You've done the work, and can show evidence: campaigns you ran, copy you wrote, results you drove.
You write well. Clear, sharp, human. Your copy sounds like a person, not a press release.
High agency, AI-native. You don't need startup experience, but comfort with ambiguity, bias toward action, and using AI as a multiplier: automating outreach, building workflows, moving faster than teams 10x your size.
Flexible and curious. Priorities shift. What we need in month three might look different from month one. You're energised by that, not anxious.
Core Skills
Writing & outbound: You've written cold emails that got replies, LinkedIn posts that sound human. You know the difference between volume and resonance.
Research & empathy: You find the right prospects and understand why they're right, their pain points, their context, what would make them stop scrolling.
Tools & systems: You've built workflows with CRM, outreach tools, and AI, not just used them. You automate the repetitive so you can focus on the creative.
Learning speed: You can learn a new topic in a fast and structured way with a positive attitude and growth mindset.

Competitive compensation: base salary + real equity, with flexibility to adjust the cash/equity mix for more senior candidates.

Flexible London office: We value in-person collaboration and would love you in our Aldgate East office regularly, especially initially. But we're also parent-friendly and offer genuine flexibility.
