About Marloo
Marloo is building the AI partner for financial advisers. Advisers focus on clients while Marloo handles the rest.
They guide people through the most important decisions of their financial lives and the software built for them has never been worthy of that. We intend to build the company that changes it and to become the system every advice firm in the world runs on.
In under a year we have onboarded more than 1,000 paying firms across eight countries with almost zero churn. Revenue is growing 37% month on month on average. In May we raised a $10m seed led by Blackbird Ventures. Blackbird was the first and largest investor in Canva.
We are at an inflection point. Join now and you will help shape the future of advice.
The role
The UK is our largest and fastest growing market and our customers love the product. The team in Farringdon is winning, inbound is strong, churn is close to zero, and we are capturing market share with high win rates.
We are hiring you to take it to the next level.
That means organisation, structure and rigour behind a motion that already works, so the team sells inside a system, targets mean something, measurement tells us where to push, and everyone gets measurably better every quarter. You own UK revenue: the number, the team, the pipeline and the machine that produces all three.
You take the London team from day one. It is small, talented and already closing, and it will keep growing through next year.
What you build here becomes the template we export globally.
What you will do
Lead and coach the team. Own their performance, development and targets, sit in on calls, give real feedback, run pipeline reviews that change behaviour, and keep everyone ahead of a product that ships constantly
Hire the team. Work out where the gaps are, make the case for the roles and hire into them
Own the UK number, monthly and quarterly at both team and individual level. Forecast with discipline and communicate progress
Build the system. Stages, qualification, handovers, cadence and what good looks like at each step, written down, taught and used
Run the enterprise motion. Networks and licensees bring procurement, security and compliance, so you will multi thread those deals and move them without losing months
Generate pipeline. Inbound covers a lot today and that is the starting point rather than the plan
Measure everything. Conversion by stage, cycle length, person and where deals die. You will not be building the dashboards, but you will decide what they need to show and then live in them, spotting the trend before anyone asks
Close the loop to product. You are the shortest path between what firms are asking for and what we build next, and you bring the evidence with it
Pitch in. Everyone at Marloo talks to customers
Who you are
Five to eight years selling software, with a track record of beating quota before you moved into leadership
You have managed a team and made individuals measurably better, and you can point to the people whose careers you changed
A people manager first. You give direct feedback because you care, you notice when someone is struggling before they say so, and you make hard performance calls with fairness and clarity
Numbers oriented. You think in conversion rates and cohorts and run the week on the data
You still sell, and you will be in the hardest deals alongside the team rather than managing from a dashboard
You understand the pipeline deeply. You know where the opportunity sits across channels and can tell us which ones we are underusing
You have closed deals through procurement, security review and compliance, and you know how to move them without losing months
You hire well and have the network to do it
An active AI power user who has changed how you work rather than using it to tidy up emails
Nice to have
Experience selling into financial advice, wealth management, networks or licensees, or adjacent financial services.
Time early at a seed or Series A company, so you know what building from scratch feels like
