Flexible Hours - £13.85 p/h. Reports to: Guest Experience Operations Manager. Studio-based, London UK. Start Date: ASAP. Who We Are: MASAJ is London’s leading massage and Bodywork company, creating an inclusive, supportive environment since 2016. This ad-hoc role supports coverage for Studio Hosts & Senior Hosts, with shifts at central London locations in Shoreditch & Marylebone. Candidates must be available for a mix of shifts at both locations, including weekends and evenings. Role Summary: - Manage day-to-day Studio operations supporting clients, therapists and back-of-house to ensure exceptional visits. - Increase sales of appointments, walk-ins, products and vouchers through engagement and brand storytelling. - Assist Host & Operations team with Studio diary via email/phone; facilitate walk-in bookings. - Communicate effectively across the business, surfacing and managing challenges efficiently. What We're Looking For (Essential): - Experienced, calm and confident communicator (in person, email, phone). - Strong sales mindset and up-selling experience. - Experience in Front of House/Sales/Reception/Customer Support. - Comfortable with G-Suite; quick to learn new systems (booking platforms, Slack). - Ability to set tone and maintain a calming environment under pressure. - Assertive, intuitive, guest-first approach. - Excellent interpersonal skills; desire to contribute to team community. - Fluent written and spoken English. - Interest in wellbeing/Bodywork and enthusiasm for MASAJ. Desirable: wellness/hospitality experience; experience using wellness booking platforms (e.g. Fresha).
