The Role: Senior Hosts are the anchors of MASAJ Studios—team leaders, brand ambassadors and role models. Bring calm, confidence and excellence to every shift; own studio standards and guest experience; bridge Studio, Guest Experience and Operations. Fixed shifts: 5 x 8-hour shifts, either Mon–Sat or Sun–Thu, with opening (7:30) and closing (21:45) shifts. Key Responsibilities: - Manage day-to-day Studio operations—welcome Guests, support Bodyworkers, maintain environment. - Manage Studio diary and bookings via digital tools and phone. - Communicate with Operations team and external suppliers/contractors. - Collaborate with Marketing and central teams. - Train and guide new Hosts. - Assist with compliance and safety tasks. - Manage inventory and retail stock. - Increase sales of bookings, products and vouchers. About You: - Warm, friendly, people-first. - Proactive with strong initiative. - Confident in setting standards and empowering others. - Excellent communicator across teams and stakeholders. - Ownership mentality with attention to detail. - Passionate about first-class guest experience and the MASAJ brand. Skills + Experience (desired): hospitality/front-of-house experience; booking platforms (e.g. Fresha); confident using G-Suite; strong customer service track record.
