  • Assist with planning and execution of major internal communication moments, from crisis management to internal campaigns and strategic announcements to events
  • Track and analyze internal communication metrics to measure campaign effectiveness

Media Relations

  • Develop and execute a proactive media strategy across top-tier tech, business, and international outlets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key journalists and media platforms
  • Manage inbound media opportunities and ensure alignment with company priorities
  • Partner with internal teams and agencies to land impactful coverage

Event Strategy & Opportunity Vetting

  • Own the evaluation and prioritisation of events, speaking opportunities, and invitations
  • Create clear frameworks for decision-making (e.g. keynote vs. panel, strategic value, audience relevance)
  • Ensure executive time is spent on high-impact, brand-building opportunities
  • Manage presence at high-profile global events (e.g. Davos, major tech conferences)

Stakeholder Management

  • Confidently manage and influence senior stakeholders, including the ability to push back where needed
  • Navigate competing priorities and high volumes of inbound requests with clarity and authority
  • Act as a central point of coordination across communications, marketing, and leadership

What We’re Looking For

  • Significant experience in executive communications, internal communications, media relations, or strategic communications within a tech or high-growth environment
  • Proven experience working directly with C-suite leaders, ideally a CEO or founder
  • Strong judgment and the ability to prioritise high-impact opportunities
  • Confidence and credibility to push back and influence senior stakeholders
  • Experience managing high-profile events and global forums (e.g. Davos or equivalent)
