🏢 London - hybrid - 3-4 days in the office

Deliver high quality, scalable and sustainable Workplace environments globally, with ownership of capital projects, design standards and build programmes.

Global Workplace Project Delivery

  • Lead the delivery of global office fit outs, refurbishments, expansions, consolidations and relocations across multiple regions.
  • Manage workplace projects from initial business case and feasibility through design, procurement, construction, handover and post occupancy review.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to agreed scope, quality and operational requirements.
  • Establish and manage project governance, reporting structures, risk registers and delivery plans.
  • Coordinate internal stakeholders, external consultants, contractors and vendors throughout project lifecycles.
  • Drive accountability across project teams and ensure clear communication of milestones, dependencies and risks.
  • Ensure all projects align with operational readiness requirements, including IT, Security, Facilities and employee experience considerations.
  • Manage change control processes and maintain accurate project documentation.

Workplace Programme Management

  • Create and manage a global programme roadmap for workplace projects aligned to company growth plans and strategic priorities.
  • Prioritise projects based on business demand, headcount growth, operational requirements and regional needs.
  • Develop scalable project delivery frameworks, processes and governance standards.
  • Track programme progress, budgets, timelines and key performance indicators across the global portfolio.
  • Identify programme risks, resource constraints and delivery dependencies, implementing mitigation plans where required.
  • Build strong relationships with regional stakeholders to ensure alignment between local execution and global standards.
  • Support long-term workplace planning and portfolio optimisation initiatives.

Capital Budget Ownership

  • Own, manage and track the global workplace CapEx budget.
  • Develop project budgets, cost plans and financial forecasts.
  • Ensure effective financial governance and cost control across all workplace projects.
  • Review and approve project spend, change requests and contractor valuations.
  • Partner with Finance and Procurement teams to manage forecasting, accruals and reporting.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality, functionality and employee experience standards.
  • Deliver projects with strong commercial discipline and measurable return on investment.

Workplace Design & Standards

  • Define, implement and maintain global workplace design standards and space guidelines.
  • Ensure consistency in workplace experience, look and feel across all office locations while allowing for regional and cultural considerations.
  • Partner with designers, architects and workplace consultants to create functional, flexible and employee centric environments.
  • Continuously evolve workplace standards to support hybrid working, collaboration, wellbeing and business growth.
  • Establish standards for furniture, finishes, branding, technology integration and workplace functionality.
  • Conduct regular reviews and audits to ensure adherence to design and operational standards.

Sustainability & Workplace Strategy

  • Embed sustainability principles into all workplace fit outs, refurbishments and operational decisions.
  • Drive initiatives focused on energy efficiency, sustainable material selection, waste reduction and long-term operational impact.
  • Partner with Sustainability and Facilities teams to support environmental goals and reporting requirements.
  • Evaluate opportunities to improve workplace efficiency, utilisation and environmental performance.
  • Promote sustainable workplace practices across vendors, consultants and internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure projects align with relevant environmental certifications and sustainability standards where appropriate.

Compliance, Health & Safety

  • Ensure all workplace projects comply with local regulations, health and safety requirements, building standards and company policies.
  • Partner with Legal, Security, Facilities and compliance teams to manage project related risks.
  • Ensure appropriate documentation, permits, certifications and approvals are obtained for all projects.
  • Drive safe working practices across contractors, vendors and project teams.
  • Maintain operational continuity and minimise disruption during project delivery.
