Talent Partner, Data Centre (EMEA)

Location: London, Hybrid

Salary range: up to £90k

Hawkwood is partnering with one of the fastest-scaling AI infrastructure businesses globally as they continue a major phase of international expansion across EMEA. In under two years, the company has established itself as a category-defining player within AI and hyperscale infrastructure, backed by significant funding raised across multiple rounds from leading global investors.

Led by a highly credible leadership team drawn from some of the world’s most respected businesses, they are rapidly becoming the most significant global player in their industry, with major expansion underway across both Europe and North America.

As part of this growth, they are seeking a Talent Partner to focus on Data Centre hiring across EMEA. Working closely with hiring managers and business leaders, you will own end-to-end recruitment delivery across some of the company's most business-critical infrastructure hiring programmes, helping scale teams across Data Centres, Construction, Engineering, Operations and Critical Infrastructure functions.

This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role for someone who enjoys building pipelines, engaging hard-to-reach talent and driving complex searches to completion. The environment is fast-paced, ambitious and highly visible, offering the opportunity to play a key role in scaling one of the most exciting businesses in global AI infrastructure.

What you'll do:

  • End-to-end hiring across Data Centre Operations, Construction, MEP, Commissioning, Engineering and Infrastructure functions
  • Own complex and business-critical searches from kick-off through to offer negotiation and close
  • Build and execute proactive sourcing strategies to identify and engage hard-to-reach talent across competitive infrastructure markets
  • Conduct market mapping, talent intelligence and competitor research to inform hiring decisions and workforce planning
  • Deliver exceptional candidate experiences while managing multiple senior and niche hiring processes simultaneously
  • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring leaders on talent availability, compensation, organisational design and market trends
  • Build and maintain high-quality talent pipelines across all Data Center disciplines
  • Partner closely with Sourcers and other Talent Partners to maximise pipeline generation and hiring outcomes
  • Drive interview calibration, assessment quality and hiring excellence across the recruitment lifecycle

You will bring:

  • Experience recruiting within Data Centres, Critical Infrastructure, Construction, Engineering or related technical environments
  • Strong direct sourcing and candidate engagement capability
  • Demonstrated success delivering against complex and hard-to-fill hiring requirements
  • Experience partnering with hiring managers in fast-paced, high-growth environments
  • Strong market mapping and talent identification skills
  • Ability to build credibility with both candidates and business stakeholders
  • A proactive, delivery-focused mindset with strong ownership and accountability
  • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse and modern sourcing technologies
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously
  • Curiosity, resilience and a genuine interest in the AI infrastructure and data centre market

We recognise how challenging this current job market is for candidates, and Hawkwood are therefore striving to provide the best candidate experience we can.

If you are interested in this opportunity, we kindly ask that you apply directly via this LinkedIn advert rather than email or LinkedIn message. This helps us ensure every candidate receives a fair, consistent, and structured experience throughout the process.
