Quantum Dice is looking for multiple interns interested in computing, combinatorial optimisation, machine learning and stochastic algorithms. As an intern at Quantum Dice, you will have the chance to work on a technical research project focusing on the design, characterization, and applications of quantum random number generators and probabilistic computing hardware. You will also work with a startup technical team to develop your skills and gain valuable industry insights.

The summer internship is a paid position. We also provide visa sponsorship. Interns are based in our office in Oxford. The internship program starts in June and has a duration of 3 months but can be adjusted according to applicants' availability. The closing date is 8th March. Decisions will be made by end of March.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor, Masters, or PhD program in a relevant field.
• Experience with at least one general-purpose programming language (e.g., Python, C, or C++)
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving ability
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
