The Role

We're looking for someone obsessed with creating experiences to be an Events Lead building and leading Saturn's events engine. You'll create a curated, in-person community and own the end-to-end delivery of events.

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain the playbook

• Own end-to-end execution: venue sourcing, contracts, budgets, catering, logistics, comms etc.

• Work with Product and Partnerships to align Events/Workshops with roadmap

• Define and track KPIs

• Build a team - setting standards, training, templates etc.

Who You Are

• 3-7 years running high-quality events (B2B, member communities, workshops)

• Proven ability to deliver repeatable event programs at pace

• Strong operational excellence

• Great taste

• Strong stakeholder management skills

Nice To Have

• Experience in wealth/financial services, compliance-heavy industries

• CPD accreditation experience or working with professional bodies

• Community-building experience where events are the product
