If you’re driven by innovation and ready to make an impact at scale, we’d love to hear from you!

What You’ll Do

As Global Alliance Director you will own and lead Pigment’s EMEA strategy and execution across Global System Integrator (GSI) partnerships. This is a highly visible role responsible for defining and scaling a world-class alliance function that drives significant revenue growth, accelerates enterprise adoption, and expands Pigment’s global footprint.

You will manage GSI strategy and senior relationships across EMEA with the support of regional in-market Partner Sales Managers—shaping long-term vision, influencing executive stakeholders (both internally and externally), and building a high-performing global network.

  • Help define and execute Pigment’s EMEA GSI strategy, including partner segmentation, prioritization, and long-term value creation models.

  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships (C-suite and global practice leaders) across top-tier GSIs such as Deloitte, EY, PwC, and Accenture.

  • Establish and own EMEA joint business plans, including multi-year revenue targets, industry and use case solutions, geographic expansion, and joint assets.

  • Drive EMEA GTM strategy plus execution, ensuring tight alignment with regional leadership to accelerate pipeline creation and deal closure.

  • Lead EMEA governance frameworks with GSIs, including executive steering committees, QBRs, and performance management, aligning with NAMER peers for Global alignment.

  • Scale partner-enabled revenue by building repeatable industry solutions, delivery models, and service offerings in collaboration with GSIs.

  • Sponsor and guide global enablement programs to ensure GSI teams are trained, certified, and positioned to successfully sell and deliver Pigment solutions.

  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Pre-Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to embed GSIs into Pigment’s global go-to-market engine.

  • Act as a key member of the EMEA GTM leadership team, contributing to broader company strategy and representing EMEA GSI Alliances at the executive level.
