We're a small, highly ambitious, autonomous team scaling fast with real traction - nine million downloads, featured across Vogue, the Drew Barrymore Show, BBC, Forbes, and more. You'll be joining at a moment where your work directly moves the needle on growth. We operate a four-day week with unlimited holidays and hybrid working. You'll work closely with the Founder and CEO, CGO, Head of Product & Marketing and manage a talented team who'll push you to win. This is a full-funnel marketing role for someone ambitious and obsessed with growth. You'll be responsible for driving new user acquisition, growing our organic presence, and delivering the marketing tactics that keep users coming back - working across content, partnerships, social, editorial, email and in-app channels to move the needle on the metrics that matter. You'll work closely with the Brand Director and Head of Product & Marketing, and directly manage our Content Specialist and CRM Specialist. You're not just thinking about campaigns - you're the person who breaks them down, coordinates across teams, owns the timelines, and makes sure things actually get delivered to a high standard.What you'll bring:- Proven experience in a marketing role, with a track record of driving growth- Strong organic marketing skills across social, content channels, CRM and events- Experience owning campaign planning and cross-functional coordination- Analytical and comfortable in the data- Results-obsessed, strong organic growth background- Brilliant project manager, proactive leaderPreferred but not required experience in:- Marketing a mobile app; paid media experience; consumer tech/fashion/lifestyle; managing/mentoring; localisation of marketingWhat you'll be doing:- Drive new user growth through organic channels (content, events, partnerships, social, editorial, email, in-app)- Manage full-funnel marketing from awareness to re-engagement- Track and report key metrics- Own campaign planning end-to-end and coordinate across teams- Maintain the marketing calendar- Line manage and develop Content Specialist and CRM SpecialistStart Date: ASAPLocation: London, UKReport To: Head of Product & MarketingSalary: £50,000 - £70,000
