You'll be joining at a moment where your work directly moves the needle on growth and culture. We operate a four-day week with unlimited holidays and hybrid working. You'll work closely with the Founder and CEO, CGO, Head of Product & Marketing, and Brand Director - owning how our brand comes to life through content and how we drive attention at scale. This role is critical to our next stage of growth. You’ll own top-of-funnel growth through content - driving reach, discovery, and audience growth, and building the systems that allow content to scale far beyond your own output.What you'll bring:- Clear evidence of having driven reach and growth; proven audience/platform/content channel growth- Strong content creation skills (shooting and editing)- Experience working with creators/partnerships in a social-first way- Understanding of content-driven top-of-funnel growth; highly autonomous- Cultural credibility and commercial awarenessPreferred but not required experience in:- Culturally-led or editorial environments (fashion, media, publishing)- Consumer app or product-led company experience- Building content formats/systems that scale- Understanding how paid can amplify organic performanceWhat you'll be doing:- Drive reach and awareness at scale; build repeatable, high-performing content formats/series- Use creators, partnerships, and community as distribution levers- Own and grow social platforms; increase share of voice; generate organic attention- Create platform-native content (TikTok, Instagram and beyond); own content end-to-end (concept → shoot → edit → publish)- Identify/work with creators and partners; brief and manage creators; build scalable creator workflows- Explore scalable models (ambassador networks, recurring creator formats, UGC systems, in-app share campaigns)- Ensure purpose-led content and clear distribution; engage with audience; turn content into participation- Track key metrics (reach, engagement, shares, installs); iterate based on performance- Collaborate with CRM to bring content into lifecycle touchpoints; elevate in-app content with editorial voicesStart Date: ASAPLocation: Hybrid, LondonReport To: Head of Product & MarketingSalary: £35,000 - £50,000
