We’re looking for a Head of Growth Marketing to build and own our creative, messaging, and paid growth engine. This is a hands-on, high-impact role. You’ll be responsible for how we communicate with our market, how we test ideas, and how we turn creative into scalable growth.

We’re looking for a Head of Growth Marketing to build and own our creative, messaging, and paid growth engine. This is a hands-on, high-impact role. You’ll be responsible for how we communicate with our market, how we test ideas, and how we turn creative into scalable growth.
Responsibilities
Creative Strategy & Campaign Development
- Own creative strategy across paid social (LinkedIn and Meta)
- Develop and test new messaging angles and campaign ideas
- Write ad hooks, scripts, and campaign concepts
- Launch and iterate on high-volume creative testing (20–40+ creatives per month)
- Partner with performance marketing to scale winning campaigns
- Improve landing page messaging and conversion rates
- Develop high-intent content pages (comparison, use-case, and solution pages)
- Help shape overall product positioning and narrative
- Identify and articulate core customer pain points and personas
- Work with freelancers (e.g. video editors) to produce ad creative
- Develop structured creative testing frameworks and processes
- Capture and showcase client testimonials and proof points
- A hands-on approach, comfortable owning both strategy and execution
- A bias toward creating, testing, and iterating quickly, rather than purely managing
- Proven experience owning growth or demand generation in a B2B environment
- Strong experience generating campaign ideas and messaging angles (not just execution)
- Deep understanding of B2B buyer psychology
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills
- Experience running paid social campaigns (LinkedIn and/or Meta)
- A track record of creating and testing ad creatives that drive pipeline
- B2B SaaS experience (particularly SMB or mid-market)
- Experience with video or UGC-style creative
- Landing page optimisation (CRO) experience
- Basic SEO understanding (keyword intent, page types)
- Experience working with freelancers or small teams
- Familiarity with AI tools in marketing and creative workflows
- Creative testing velocity (volume of creatives launched)
- Pipeline generated from paid social
- Landing page conversion rates
- Identification of scalable messaging angles
- CAC improvement
- Establish a repeatable creative testing engine
