TL;DR: Seamflow is building the AI platform for the $300B+ global Testing, Inspection & Certification (TIC) industry, the companies that verify the safety of elevators, medical devices, factories, energy infrastructure, and more. Despite its scale, the industry still runs largely on PDFs, spreadsheets, and manual workflows.
We are now hiring our first GTM hire to work directly with the CEO and build the go-to-market engine from the ground up.

We build the AI layer for the $300B+ global Testing, Inspection & Certification (TIC) industry, the organizations responsible for verifying the safety and compliance of everything from airplanes and trains to medical devices, factories, and energy infrastructure. Despite its scale, much of the industry still runs on PDFs, spreadsheets, and manual document workflows, creating major bottlenecks for the organizations responsible for safety and compliance.

Role overview:
Build Seamflow’s enterprise GTM engine from zero to repeatable across inbound, outbound, partnerships, industry events, and product launches
Turn ambiguity into structure, shaping both our commercial strategy and how the product evolves with customers
Convert complex enterprise discovery into a repeatable sales motion for large certification and inspection organizations
Work closely with product and engineering to translate customer insights into product improvements that drive growth
Design and track growth metrics that inform strategy and guide company decisions
Operate as a true founding team member, helping define how a category-defining company scales commercially
What we look for
You have high agency and are comfortable operating in ambiguous environments
You have scaled something from 0 → 1, a product, market, GTM motion, or business line
You are comfortable managing many moving parts and unpredictable elements
You communicate clearly with senior enterprise stakeholders
You think both strategically and operationally, able to design GTM approaches and execute them directly

You enjoy working closely with product and engineering teams to translate customer needs into product improvements
Background
2–5 years of experience in enterprise sales, GTM, forward-deployed roles, or deployment strategy
Experience working in early-stage startups or scaling new products, markets, or revenue motions
Experience engaging with enterprise stakeholders and complex organizations
Strong ownership and ability to turn ambiguous problems into structured execution

Willingness to travel occasionally for customer meetings and industry events
